To make therapy more accessible, I offer flexible scheduling options, including some evening sessions.

Sessions usually run for a flexible duration. We may encounter curious wildlife (ideally friendly), get a little muddy, or take an unexpected detour—all part of the journey.

Step outside and breathe. Walk & Talk sessions offer a relaxed, natural setting that gently supports emotional wellbeing. Walking side-by-side helps reduce pressure and encourages open, flowing conversation. Surrounded by nature, you’ll find space to reflect, process, and reconnect—one step at a time.
